I don't know if it was specifically for slush, but I once bought something in a large glass bottle in KDS in the soda aisle or cans and stuff aisle and it was on the bottom shelf. I think it was from Israel. Come to think of it, it might've been a plastic bottle. I don't know if that was helpful or not. I used it for slush.

You can also buy punch mix and just dilute it in a little water and pour it over the crushed ice. It works well.

It's interesting - I was at Target today and wanted to get one but the syrups weren't kosher. Plus, I'll probably never use it!
