If you’re feeling extra:
Wig grip (I feel like that’s the first thing people forget)

It’ll only be used on shabbos so any reason then for toothbrush?

I feel like one of the things I most appreciate about a guest room is being able to get a good night’s sleep. Can you provide good window coverings so that guests can make it really dark if they want? I also love when a white noise machine is available for use.

A lot of minis. Static guard, wrinkle release, tide to go, deodorant spray, lens solution and case, mouthwash, floss sticks, Lint roller, safety pins, Bobby pins.
If anyone is showering before or after Shabbos than a shower cap, a loofa (I get mine in Walmart 2 for $1)...I feel like I have more stuff I'll post if I do.

Do people really not brush their teeth on shabbos?

One thing I thought was so amazing when I recently spent the night out charging cables both Apple and Android.

Not if you hold you don't use a toothbrush on Shabbos. I always only used mouthwash and never had a cavity until my first pregnancy!

Well don't impose your holding on someone else. I think having a toothbrush for those who might forget is a good idea

I don't brush my teeth on Shabbos, but would appreciate one to use before or after Shabbos if I forgot mine.

So many good suggestions!
I only stick to the very basics.
Wig head
Shabbos clocks for electrical devices (air conditoner, fan or table lamp)
Garbage can is an absolute must
Sufficient amount of toilet paper and tissue for Shabbos
Nobody mentioned a key to the room. You got to have a possibility to lock the door from the inside.
In general I hope and guess guests bring their own stuff. It's a home and not a hotel.
