My baby has developed some big pimples on lower back and butt,
No fever.
Do I have to worry. First thought is might be heat rash but now I decided doesnt look like it.
Any suggestions?

I would just put bactroban or mupirocen on it 3 times a day. Try to let the baby soak in the bath and otherwise keep it dry. Watch it over the next day or two to see if it gets worse or it spreads. If either of those happen take the baby to the doctor.

Could be yeast. My baby had red year rash around his neck and when it went away he got pimples around the area. It can happen in any folds of skin so makes sense for diaper area.

how old is your baby? and which wipes do you use? I had with my baby that he kept on getting on different spots till I changed to Hello Bello wipes. It's 99 percent water and rests natural ingredients and it's not soaking which can too make rashes. since then, he didn't yet have any rashes BH.
