How hard do you try to keep sick kids away?

Not from Covid…
Things like strep or virus etc?
My baby came down with fever and rash and it’s viral. Do I go wash every towel and linen now and wash down toys etc?
I feel like It’s prob too late for my other kids to catch…

When my kid was recovering from a bone marrow transplant I used to wipe down every single toy we owned every single night. If one kid sneezed, I would Lysol the air they sneezed into. Bleached the bathtub before I put him in. Bh everyone has a competent immune system now. We don’t do that anymore.
