if u understand yiddish, there is a guy on kol mevaser named Lazer Kraus who speaks about it at length the number 2124441100 press 3, 9, 4. I don't know what number lecture it is, yo can listen to the titles...

There is going to be a new community with a Kollel under Torah U'Mesorah starting this summer in TAMPA FLORIDA!
The community is not going to be Chassidish.
Separate from the existing Chassidish community.

The community is geared to be a warm Frum out-of-town Torah growing community from what they say. The vision sounds really nice, and it's affordable too!
