Has anyone installed "eyeball" (directional) recessed lighting on a wall instead of the ceiling?
Electrician made holes on wall to install recessed lighting in the ceiling. Now instead of closing up the holes, Im wondering if I can put some eyeball recessed lighting on the wall not far from the ceiling?
Im not seeing any photos of this online. Is it not done?

Are you sure it’s not meant for sconces?

Electrician purposely made holes (high on the wall, very close to ceiling) to access electricity for recessed lights that he put on the ceiling.
Now instead of closing up these holes, can I put eyeball (directional) lighting there? The wholes are on wall, about 10" from ceiling.
