Registration for Rivka Malka’s School of Coaching and Transformation is now open. Registration is only open twice a year for new students. Training begins on July 25th.

How Women’s Coaching is Different

Business magazines say that Life Coaching is the number one most lucrative upcoming profession in the next five years.

But is life coaching really enough?

Can we support people without understanding the stories or beliefs that lay beneath their actions?

Can we help people to move forward in their lives without guiding them to look to a spiritual source?

Can we take someone to brave new territory without having gone there ourselves?

TLC (Transformation Life Coaching), maintains that it is possible to train coaches way above and beyond traditional life coaching practices so that their clients will experience profound and deep shifts that will impact every area of their lives.

Our goal is to expand the consciousness of our students, to offer them a rich and diverse toolbox, and provide them with a new set of eyes with which to see themselves and the people they work with.

Rivka Malka’s School of Coaching and Transformation brings together ALL the following modalities and more.

1) Life Coaching – ICF Core Competencies: Skills and techniques focused on helping people get clarity and results so that they can live with choices instead of feeling stuck.

2) Inner Work – Bringing awareness and healing to one’s past and opening new doorways for a beautiful present and future.

3) Somatic Work – Addressing the body and the energy patterns that are stored within it which bring about subconscious reactions.

4) Emunah – Spiritual frameworks that encourage a client to understand spiritual perspectives that hold the answers they seek.

5) Restorative Healing – Structures, accountability, and goals to help a client craft the life they desire to create.

PLUS a mixed media toolbox of art, music, and writing exercises that expand each session for maximum impact.

Most importantly, all of our teachings are firmly rooted in ICF Core Competencies AND Torah sources.

Our training is 6 months and has 2 tracks.

The Basic Coach Training Track - learn coaching skills that will impact your life and relationships.

The Advanced Coach Training and Certification Track - This track fills all of the requirements of an ICF Level 2 (PCC) program. We provide mentorship, supervision, one on one training, in-depth learning, and more.

You will gain immediate experience in coaching and will receive feedback on your skills

Our graduates are stellar coaches who are running businesses all around the world

Our training includes a process of exploration of your own development

You will learn how to hold and heal and how to cheer and challenge
