I'm Sephardic. My Rav said that the only things forbidden during the Nine Days every year are meat and wine (obviously except for Shabbat). This year there is no "week of Tisha B'Av" since Tisha B'Av is observed on a Sunday, so a lot of the usual restrictions on other things don't apply for me. My Rav said I am "for sure" allowed to swim - I do that primarily for exercise although I do get a lot of pleasure out of it too. He said if I can take cooler showers it's better to, but that there's no obligation. (Here in Dallas where it's been 100+ degrees every day, cooler showers really aren't that bad!)
Please ask your own Rabbi because there are probably as many answers and nuances as there are individuals who each have their own situation. I don't think there's a one-size-fits-all answer although you can get general halachot off the Internet.
