Anyone know of a website that tells you how to properly check vegetables, rice etc.?

I know Star K does. I'm sure there are others too. But doesn't mean everyone will hold by that, so maybe check with your own rav?

The OK website has a vegetable checking guide. Not sure about rice.

Not sure if they have veggie checking instructions, but there are definitely links to other kashrut sites.

The COR website is a Canadian site. They have put out pamphlets on this topic and are really on top of things. Just google COR and you'll get them. They're always very willing to help. Rabbi Tzvi Heber is the person to talk to.
