Anyone done this before? And does anyone have a recipe for butternut squash soup?

I just made a very simple but delicious butternut squash soup. Got the recipe from kosher.com. It called for two squashes so I used two packages frozen squash but not sure if that was right. It seemed right but was a little thick so I watered it down a bit.
Here it is:

This recipe uses the frozen cubes. Its the easiest soup to make:
1 big onion
1 package frozen butternut squash
Saute onion until transparent. Add butternut squash. Add water until its covered.
Cook for about 40 minutes.
Blend
Salt & White pepper

I used it in a regular "throw whatever vegetable you have" soup. Delicious.

It's usually not as sweet as fresh butternut squash for a stand alone soup, but works great mixed in a vegetable soup.
