Really struggling with my teenager with severe OCD. We're currently between therapists and I don't know how to deal with her day to day. It's so so hard. I have my own therapist but it's not enough. I need help and support for how to talk to her when she comes to me with another ocd thought that requires reassurance every 5 minutes.
Are there any organizations or support groups out there?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at the ocdkidsmovie.com website.
Tons of resources.
Also what about chazkeinu?
Hugs OP, it’s super hard!
