Hi all! I am a beginning gardener, living in Lakewood. We have a patch of land right under our front windows where we removed some bushes and I would like to plant something. I have one hydrangea all the way on the side, but can add probably 3 or 4 more similar sized plants. I would also may be do some flowers but I don't think I can cover the whole area with flowers. So may be a combination of flowering-type bushes and flowers.
The main thing is that it has to be hardy and easy to take care of, and preferably that blooms a lot - I love the color. I would probably plant it this fall, if possible.
Can someone please advise me on what to buy, where to buy it (online or local) and how/when to plant?
