Falling asleep
My husband has such bad sleep apnea and he's not old to say the least. He knows about it but keeps pushing off dealing with it. It gets worse and worse.
His snoring is out of control and than he stops breathing so I freak out and keep pushing him.
I recorded him snoring and sent him a whatsapp message with all the info I came across of sleep apnea.
Maybe that should do something.
Any other better advice than my 2am brain?

Ohno.. That's so far away. I'm not bound to get up right now and leave my warm bed.
But I should find earplugs.
I'm more nervous hell pass out in mid sleep and I'll need to deal with him in the morning.

I'm sorry just wanted to say I'm with you just that by me it's my baby that woke me and I just lost it... can't seem to fall back asleep. My greatest concern now's that my baby will soon wake again and so yeah

Ugh, I had this. Took years until my husband finally dealt with it.
I found just rolling him on his side or calling his name until he does it helped.
Hope you can get him to a sleep study soon so you can sleep again.
