Who else is gardening in the kitchen in this gray Northeast fall?
I recently came across growing sprouts in jars on the counter, and am excited to bring nature inside and always feel that watching food grow is therapeutic. All you need are seeds, mason jars with screen lids, filtered water, and a few minutes a day.

We’re going to eat them! In salads, as garnishes, in sandwiches.
