It makes you feel better and function better.

Will you die, nah, not if you are consuming water in less pure forms.

I definitely don’t drink as much as I should, especially now that I’m nursing and pumping…..

Lol I don't know which option to choose, because I drink a lot of water, but don't keep track of how much and it's not soda/juice all day.
Yes, it's very important.

Minerals are more important
You can drink a gallon a day and still be dehydrated

I dont get the sensation of thirst unless I really exert myself. I could go days without drinking water. I drink coffee.

The minerals that get stripped away in our drinking water. Like magnesium. I'm not such an expert on this but for example adding pink salt to water adds minerals

I don’t drink water but it’s really a problem. I’d feel much better and be much healthier if I did

I drink gallons. I feel so much better the more water I drink.
I drink 1 cup of coffee a day and then only water or herbal tea.
It makes a huge difference in your health and your metabolism and your energy levels.

If I dont drink I get headaches and then migraines and sometimes dizziness. Ive been like this always. I drink a lot of water. I try for at least 2 liters a day. Sometimes its easier than others. And other days I definitely drink more than that.
