Doesn't have to use them all. But this is what I have to work with.
Corn - canned kernels and baby
Red, yellow, orange peppers
Cucumbers - English and baby
Pickles
Red onion
Black olive
Hearts of palm
Bag of shredded cabbage

Make two salads.
Corn, hearts of palm, purple onion and diced peppers with a dressing of equal parts water, white vinegar and sugar and half tsp ground black pepper.
Thinly sliced cucumbers, sprinkle with salt, thinly slice more purple onions and dress with vinegar or fresh lemon juice, a little sugar or honey and black pepper. You can add some herbs, a little basil or dill, if you have.
I don’t think pickles or black olives belong in either of those, maybe a few black olives in the corn and pepper salad.

No salt in the hearts of palm corn salad?

It probably doesn't need it because the canned corn and hearts of palm are salted already and the vinegar gives enough flavor. You can taste and adjust after it marinated for a couple of hours.
I forgot to say make sure to drain the canned vegs.
