There were 4 Ima's each one was known to have a different Midda that she is known for.

Sarah was Tzinah
Rivka was Chessed
Rochel was to be mivatrened-to give up

Anyone know what Leah's is?

If every Jewish women has all of the Ima's Middous in them how come the only time someone talks about how someone has an Ima's Midda it's always Sarah?
Have you ever gone to a tea or something else were they are talking about Mrs. Plony and said Mrs. Plony has the Midda of Chessed like Rivka Imanu?
Why does nobody talk about the other Middous of the Ima's?

I would say Leah's was tefila. Her eyes were red from davening she shouldn't have to marry Eisav, and due to her tefilos she was zoche to marry Yaakov.

She also davened that the baby she was carrying be switched to a female (Dina) so that Rochel could give birth to more of the shevatim.

And thanks. She thanked Hashem for her children - "Hapa'am odeh et Hashem" - that's why she names her son Yehuda.

Why I think people mention Rivka and her midda of chessed where it fits.

Could Leah also stand for gratitude, as she was grateful to have a fourth son Yehuda?

Yes, Leah is definitely gratitude.
Of course she wasn't the first to be grateful. But when she named Yehuda, she was highlighting a new type of gratitude, for unexpected gifts. https://aish.com/48945526/

ETA: And of course, there is so much more, such as her koach hatefilla. Even when a great person is synonymous with x, it doesn't mean they also didn't excel in y, z, and beyond, and we often know about that too.
