Does it make sense if I want to be healthy so I cook healthy foods and freeze it and use a microwave to heat it up or does it defeat the whole purpose ?

It depends what you mean by healthy. I personally have no issue using a microwave.

Microwaves don't involvena y of those things, so sounds like a good option.

I was always told that since a microwave cooks with waves it's not as healthy as an oven etc... Obviously it's not something crazy or dangerous and most people use it anyway. But was wondering if I am starting a healthy habit maybe this defeats the whole purpose...

(Or maybe I am wrong and there is nothing wrong with a microwave)

Health (whatever that means to you) is not all or nothing! Using a microwave definitely doesn't cancel put whatever else you are doing.

Cooking with a microwave is totally safe and perfectly healthy. No difference.

Healthy food warmed in a microwave is still healthier than not healthy food warmed in a microwave, but healthy food warmed in a pot or oven is even better. Microwaves give off emf's and radiation and create free radicals in food and in the environment

"EMFs and radiation" are around you all the time. The police are sending them through you, and that's not a conspiracy theory, it's something they do openly.

Maybe you're overheating your food?

Most of the research I came across now out is on rats but it’s not rocket science to extrapolate that it’s not ideal for humans

Honestly I haven’t used a microwave since maybe high school or in my very early 20s. But it was never as tasty as heating up in the oven.

All the more reason to limit avoidable exposure.
