Asking for a friend who has an adult daughter... are there currently any kosher culinary schools? Best if in the USA but would consider in Israel.

I didn’t go but I applied to ICE. They are accustomed to kosher keeping students. I spoke with a rav as well about what k can and can’t do.

If they would be willing to consider non-kosher, there are ways to make it work. I nearly went to a top cooking school in Europe, and had very specific instructions from my Rav about what I can and cannot do, and there is a lot more leniency than you would think
