When you sign forms and tests on the “parent’s signature” line…
First time it happened I was annoyed for a second that now I have to send it to my parents to sign and we’re not in the same state… and then I’m like “oh! I’m the parent!”

Last year a teacher sent home a note asking for the grandparents addresses for shana tova cards. I called my mother for her mother's address and she nicely reminded me that SHE is the grandmother of my kids
