I just got a new oven. I don’t want to ruin/dirty the stovetop. Any advice?

Really?? I never heard of this. I always thought it has to be roasted- directly over an open flame …

Put tin foil around your burner. We have a small pan roaster that we use. Goes over the flame. If there are drippings, it will get caught by the foil. about 15 min. (small flame)keep an eye on it.

Broil them in the oven on a foil pan. Watch carefully to avoid eggsplosion.

My mother did it and my grandfather. I do the zroa first and the egg after.
