easy recipe using almonds, oil/eggs.
does it need potato starch?

Rorie's panko crumbs just bought them using egg potato starch and the seasoned panko or any crumbs some ppl crush potato chips yummy

Only almonds or only basic ingredients?
I saw in one of the magazines about shredding sweet potato and I think dipping into egg then sweet potato and then frying it. Don’t remember for sure maybe someone else can post?

I make this all year round.

Dredge cutlets in starch, dip in beaten egg, then in almond flour or ground almond. Fry or bake as usual.

I'm going to do just the potato starch and egg. If I have patience, I'll beat the egg whites.

Toast the almonds lightly with salt for 2 minutes in a skillet before you start. Comes out much more tasty and appetizing.
Do a light coating of potato starch, then seasoned egg, then the toasted almonds.

Batter fried Cutlets

1½ cups potato starch
¼ tsp salt
3 Tablespoons sugar
5 eggs
4 Tablespoons lemon juice.
Coat Cutlets and fry
