We use the “pesach salt” which is large crystals than table or I think even kosher salt.
Anyone know how to measure this salt? Like I’d normally a recipe uses tablespoon of table salt how much pesach salt would you need?

Why can't you use regular table salt or sea salt if you are worried about iodized salt.

It depends every box is a different level of strength I’ve noticed.
You have to experiment

Possibly the rock salt is more concentrated than table salt (if it's like the little rocks of Himalayan salt).
Use 3/4 tsp for each 1 tsp of regular salt you'd use.
