Has anyone made ahead and frozen? How do you do that? Defrost it? I’ve only made salmon fresh… thanks!

I would not freeze cooked salmon. it probably changes the texture.

Shoot so did I buy salmon too early? I bought last night. Should I freeze raw and cook on yt? Was planning for the Friday meal.
