House is in an uproar. Pesach food not done. Chometz food basically gone. We used to order pizza for bedikas chometz but now a bunch of us are gluten free. Not potatoes or eggs. As simple as possible.

I got pizza for the kids, and I ordered 2 (maybe 3?) rolls of sushi on Uber eats. Haven’t eaten since about 6:15….I should really go to sleep. One of the local shuls is making a BBQ tomorrow, I’m hoping my kids will want to go- hot dogs and burgers.

Tonight we had vegetable soup I made fresh (just blended a bunch of cooked veggies together) and frozen pizza.

Tomorrow we're having more of the same soup with cold cut sandwiches. Gotta use up all the bread in the house. Expecting beautiful weather around here so the best part is we can eat outdoors and I can have the cleaning lady clean up the chometz area already. I don't serve chometz for breakfast erev Pesach because I can't deal with the deadline.

Buy sandwich stuff we live near the highway and will eat at the closest rest stop.
It’s our best indoor picnic spot

The pizza shop doesn’t have GF? Ours does. I’m seeing it more and more. (DD has celiac)

Not the regular ones. There is an upscale Italian restaurant that does but it's very expensive.

That’s brilliant. Never thought to do that.
I too live near a rest stop and I usually get my gas there so I think I’ll do that today.
Thanks for the idea!
