I bought a minute roast and a 2nd cut brisket. I don't have an oven so I must cook on the stove top. I have no idea how long to cook them.

2nd cut brisket is 1 1/2 pounds

Minute steak is 2 1/2 pounds

HELP

Minute roast goes by approx and an hour per pound, so 3 hours should be good.

No idea about brisket, sorry.
