I’ll be in there about 7-8 hours before we eat, should I put it on low or high? High gives me slight bubbles in the liquid, but I’m nervous that low won’t cook it at all . No medium option

I like to start my crockpot on high then switch to low once it's bubbling strong

Thanks both. We’re leaving the house soon. Maybe I’ll ask a neighbor to come and turn it to low.
