My coworker is quite clueless about Judaism and I feel like the bits and pieces that I throw into our chats don't do justice. I'm looking for a really nice book to gift her giving her a more well rounded education in a light and enjoyable way without any "better than you" vibes of course. I also know she loves to read... Any titles you can think of? Please only share titles that you have read or have personal experience with.

The Committed Life by Rebbetzin Esther Jungreis.

Biographies can also be really powerful - such as Emuna with Love and Chicken Soup by Sara Yoheved Rigler.

No no no

Why are you looking to teach her about Judaism?

Kindly answer her questions but beyond that is not recommended.

This is my G-d by Herman Wouk

If she's not Jewish, ask a sheila if getting her books and teaching her about Judaism, is the right thing to do.

If she’s curious just about technical stuff like why we shake a lulav on sukkot or what sukkot is to begin with maybe Judaism for dummies is a good idea.

Inspiring tales, I’m not sure it’ll come across the way you’d like.
