I like fireside. It can get very crowded so be sure to make a reservation.

Peppercrust is pretty good as well.

Generally ok. There are some foods that take longer, but they let you know when ordering.

I like peppercrust the best. Recently haven't liked fireside as much as I used to. Both good options though

And there's this newer place I think it's called Dolcetto

If you’re looking for quick service you’re probably better off not going to a steakhouse…

You can go to mandarin they have steakhouse vibe with faster service.

Dolcetto is amazing. Bit more expensive than fireside, probably same prices as peppercrust.
But food was beyond fresh and tasty and everything was to perfection.

the food at Dolcetto was really good however we had absolutely horrible service. we waited for a really long time to order, and then waited forever between courses. the place was extremely quiet that night.

I had a HORRIBLE experience and dolcetto and will not recommend it to anyone. I also was NOT full at all when I left there. I like peppercrust and fireside best.

I dine out a lot, and Fireside used to be my favorite, however, the last two times I went there I was very unimpressed, they did some changes, and the food was not great.

I'll second Dolcetto I was there several times, and each time we really enjoyed our food. Also, The Ambience in Dolcetto is by far the best in the Monsey area. I'd say try it.

Mandarin is no longer a steakhouse. They're mainly for takeout, you can dine in, but it's a school lunchroom like setting.

Dolcetto has good food - however it does take them time to serve
