This was quite a hit - very "fancy" looking but easy to make. The different fettuccine tastes pretty much the same but the different color layers elevated the dish.
Roasted garlic is delicious. The roasting takes away any sweetness and turns it into a paste like consistency. Some people use it as a spread for bread.
