I want to make for yom tov for dessert. I’ve had them at many simchas and events, sometimes they’re square shaped with a stick in the center. Does anyone have a recipe?

No recipe, but I would blend frozen strawberries with water as needed to loosen and a bit of sugar and lime juice.

Spoon into square silicone molds and add the sticks.
