There is Bison and Bourban in Brooklyn near Williamsburg.
There is the Loft in Boro Park and Glatt A La Carte.
There are more options in Manhattan.
Reserve Cut, Tabernacle, Wolf and Lamb, Le Marais , and La Brochette.

Personally I like meat, great food, but there are others whose names I don’t remember offhand. Maybe someone else knows.
Oh for milchigs I love mozzarella. Not to be confused with mozzarella in willi.
