Do you know the website? The website I found has an address different than the one I was given, so I’m not sure if it’s the same place.

There are two Leonardo hotels. One is near East Jerusalem and last I checked did not have a good hashgacha. Best is to look up the phone number of the one on King George (that’s the one you want ) and call and ask them .

Found this on their website

Leonardo Plaza Hotel Jerusalem offers gourmand-style dining in three ravishing restaurants, each inspired by different culinary schools and traditions. Cow in the Roof brings French flavors in magazine-worthy presentations, Primavera is essentially Italian, and Cardo is where you get all your breakfast treats, plus fresh breads baked in the outdoor oven, and warm meals prepared right in front of you. Fridays are for Shabbat dinners – a memorable culinary experience available for lunch and supper. There’s an expansive Shabbat buffet, fresh Challa bread, and good wine to celebrate the holiest day of the week. Kosher foods are supervised by the hotel’s kashrut, Glat le'mehadrin under overseen by the Jerusalem Rabbinate.

It's hard to explain all the differences. Best to ask someone who lives in Israel who you trust.

We eat rabbanut mehadrin for dairy but not for meat.

I’m not sure if this picture will come through, but this is what I was given. They will eat anywhere with hashgacha 1, 2, or 3.

You want the "Leonardo PLAZA Hotel, " not the "Leonardo Jerusalem Hotel."

The latter in near the American Colony neighborhood and gets a lot of tour groups. The PLAZA address is Harav Avida 1.
