how do u remove set in stains on formica countertops.. tried soft scrub w/ oxi and fantastic. both didnt remove stain. any tips?

You can try baking soda and water. But try it on a little corner first. It worked to get the stain off my Formica counter but it also made my beige counter a shade lighter

is there a ratio for baking soda to water? and does it need to be hot water?

Toothpaste! Smear liberally, let sit a bit, then scrub with toothbrush. Worked amazing on a light burn stain
