If I buy corn that has already been shucked and shrinkwrapped, from a non-Kosher supermarket, does it require a hechsher?

I can't imagine what kashrus issues would be with that.
Even cut vegetables/fruit the majority of poskim say is ok to get in mass production settings and that's when there's a knife involved.
