I've been there. Great food lol first thing I thought of.
Stunning surrounding mountains, tons to do in the area.
Do you want to ask me specific questions?

Separate swimming? Yes, it was always open either for girls or for boys. Great pool.
Clean rooms? Yes, very but nothing stunning or new.
Variety of food? That's basically why I came. Breakfast was the same every day, a buffet spread.
Supper was always a bunch of different meats and sides to choose from. If I remember correctly there was also a resteraunt.

Yes, I did rent a car.
There were tons of hikes in the area. But for actual attractions (think water rafting, ziplining, alpine coasters) were a bit further out.

Didn't see that question.
We landed in Venice, spent the day touring, and arrived at the hotel at night.
Then the day we left, we left the hotel early, toured the rest of venice and left from the airport there.
It's far for a day trip. The first one we hired two chabad shluchim to show us around the Jewish ghetto.
The last day we just walked around ourselves, went on a gondola, ate in gam gam, bought souveneirs etc

How much is it per night for a couple for a basic room? And what meals does that include?

I've never been to Italy (it sounds gorgeous) but I've heard great things from friends about this hotel.
And also about a gourmet restaurant in the middle of nowhere in Tuscany:

(I think I need to go to Italy instead of listening to everyone else talking about it!)

I was there just last week. Nice hotel and delicious food. We had room with balcony with stunning views. you could pay 30 euros to rent the swimming pool privately.

Thank you.
Did you go to any other region in Italy except for this?
Im trying to figure out how to fit in everything into one week with lots of driving.
Would love to go to Venice and Tuscany as well

Another vote for Cantino Guiliano with Eli and Lara Gauthier. It was awesome. They can also help you make overnight reservations in Tuscany and even Shabbos arrangements (although usually no minyan). Lara's food was amazing, truly farm to table. It was a mind blowing experience to be able to eat there and for it to be kosher. And it was truly in the middle of nowhere in a tiny little scenic hilltop town. We went with an experienced driver and even he had some difficulty finding it. Hope to get back there one day. Still thinking about her fresh baked bread, homemade pasta, and mascarpone flavored gelato.
