My parents waited way too long to get my my first bras, so I'm a little sensitive to this. My DD will be 10 towards the end of the summer, and is on the heavier side. She is starting to develop and I want to make sure that she gets what she needs without feeling self conscious. You can definitely see her development under her polo and t-shirt, but I'm clueless as to what type of bra she will need. Any hints and advice would be super helpful! TIA!

Getting her a bra before any of her friends are wearing one will also make her feel self conscious. It's a very fine balance...

I second this it's what my 9 year old is wearing and it's working well

Please do her a favor! She'll look so much better. They sell like an undershirt with a stronger support on the top at Saposh, I think that will help her feel less awkward. Esp b/c its worse to be running around in the summer having her developing b00bs jumping around! and nips showing thru t-shirts are pretty awkward looking too
