I paid a fortune and I thought the lace would look more like sculpt . . If anyone else has this issue what did you do. Please help. I’m so disappointed.

For a few thousand dollar wig why do they use junky lining. I’m just so upset.

I dont have a lace top but I can relate to spending so much on a wig and not being happy.
So sorry, it is so annoying!!
Any other big purchase you can pay off per month and get insurance... but wigs are a class of their own.
Hope you can get it sorted.

I wouldn’t let them get away with it. Go back and demand they fix it to your satisfaction, and if not, tell them you’re taking them to beis din. That’s what a posek told my friend with similar situation. As soon as the SM heard “beis din” she suddenly became willing to fix it.

I totally get the frustration about spending so much money and then being disappointed about the product. And I definitely think it's appropriate to go back to them and ask them to try to fix the issue.
But if they are unable to, or even unwilling to, I'm shocked at the suggestion that they should therefore be taken to bais din. I don't hear anything that changed since the purchase other than that you are now unhappy with it, but that doesn't make them liable when you presumably saw it and purchased it knowing exactly how it looks. Please don't threaten to take them to bais din without discussing it with a competent Rav.

I have bought a few wigs from Dini in the past and she ALWAYS stood behind her wigs.
She serviced one of mine multiple times until she was sure I was happy.
Try going back and letting them know that you are unhappy - I would be very surprised if she did not try to help you.
