I've never heard of anyone coming home before shavuos. The year generally ends mid june- the school should give you the dates of the school year.

Depends on the calendar.
This year Shavuos was in May so all the seminaries ended after, in the first week of June. Next year is a leap year so it’s likely that seminary will end before Shavuos, some girls will stay and some will go home.
