Which mens clothing store in Brooklyn for anonymous

I would like to send a gift card to someone anonymously, who can use a new suit, new hat, shoes, shirts, probably needs pants too, but I want the gift card to say those things and I want it to be used only for him and not to be given away to his sons or someone else. Is there a store that will allow me to do this and I can put an amount on a card and if they need extra to pay for it later and if there's an amount left to return to me?

No one's giving you back your money lol but most shops will give you a gift card of your choice and you can write whatever you want on the card just don't sign it.

An idea... Maybe call a store, tell them the name and number of the person and have them call him and tell him he got an anonymous gift.
Just give the store ur credit card number and budget

The Hat Box sells all those things. You can call them, they'll tell you what their price range on each item is, and then you can decide how much you want to pay. And maybe open an account for that person.

Men's Collection doesn't sell shoes or hats either.
They sell dry goods and accessories, such as pajamas, belts, socks, raincoats, underwear, etc.
