Anyone have a good easy recipe using frozen empanada discs? I just found them and was excited they're kosher. We don't like spicy.

Fill with chopped meat filling to your taste . Deep fry.

Busy in Brooklyn has an empanada recipe and I just sub the frozen dough for the wonton wrappers that she uses.
