Would love some new ideas of nourishing and filling meals that won't leave my family hungry a few hours after dinner. What have you got? TIA

I'm not familiar with the concept of "not filling up" on dairy food. I'm guessing this is a thing that happens when people fill up on animal protein regularly, and their dairy meals consist of lots of pasta and bread?

If that's the case maybe re-think how you structure dairy meals?

If you normally serve potatoes or rice with a chicken or meat main, then for dairy meals try substituting the chicken or meat with something equivalent.

For animal protein that isn't fleish maybe focus on eggs - omelette or frittata in a nice serving size. Or fish fillets, baked or fried.

You can also try good-quality soy burgers. If they have enough fat and protein those should stand in for meat pretty nicely.

Unless I completely misunderstood what the problem is with dairy meals.
