Sides to Freeze

What kind of sides can I freeze in advance? I'd like stay on the healthier side. Already made noodle kugel and planning to make potato kugel soon.

Apple kugels/crisp-freeze raw bake frozen (don’t defrost first)
Cabbage- to mix with noodles
All forms of luckshen/yerushalmi kugel
Broccoli kugel
Sauce for string beans (can pour over bag of frozen string beans and stick in oven)

What about potatoes? I'm thinking to make a small batch and test it to see how it defrosts.
