Has Colourpop changed the ingredients or formulation or texture of their Ultra Matte Liquid Lipstick?

What differences are there between their old and new Ultra Matte Liquid Lipsticks?

Only the packaging changed?

I like their products but this company never answer inquiries clearly. Its as if a robot answered the question.

Im thinking maybe someone knows of a difference.
