Can this be done with farmers cheese?

It's not cheesecake it's a no bake cheese pie so it needs freezing otherwise it doesn't set. It needs to be kept frozen, even when serving it's served directly from freezer, longest it can sit out is half hour before it falls apart again.

is this because its no bake?

I have other no bake cheesecake which I dont have to serve from the freezer....is it cos of the cream cheese?is farmers cheese firmer?

Because it's no bake.
Farmer cheese is crumblier not firmer.

I find it dryer and thicker so it cuts nicer. am I making sense? or my imagination?
wouldnt cream cheese be too soft so it would be hard to cut and take out nice slices?

Try it but I don't recommend it with this.
