If you hear a professional badmouthing her former employer
DONT AUTOMATICALLY BELEIVE WHAT SHE IS SAYING
the employee may be in the wrong
heartbreaking to see a professional colleague where we have documented evidence of neglect etc badmouthing an employer who terminated her

If you hear anyone badmouthing anyone take it with a grain of salt. Do we really need a psa for this?

Anyone who interviews prospective employees knows that badmouthing a former employer is a red flag, regardless of the truth or lack thereof of the allegations.

Okay but this is your personal situation. In any other situation, the employer may be in the wrong. There are both malicious employees and employers.
