I keep seeing job posts for executive assistant positions, and while I am qualified for most of the job requirements, I keep seeing Quickbooks listed. What sort of tasks would be required by such a position (not planning on doing a full accounting course) If I wanted to take an intermediate level (not too basic, not too intense) quickbooks course so that I could be in charge of incoming and outgoing expenses, which course would be best?
