My friend does it with pickles and mayo dressing.

Personally I like to add nuts and seeds and ramen noodles and use a soy sauce type of dressing usually used for white cabbage.

It keeps really well btw.
My husband bought last week.
It was in the fridge for over a week, I peeled the outer leaves off and we had it for the second shabbos.
