I want to hire a frum woman (preferably older) to watch two newborn babies in my home twice a week for 4 hours a day (8 hours a week). What would be a fair amount to pay?

Whatever she charges. Seriously. I needed a babysitter for a slightly different but also atypical hours. And people charged a range. You might hear numbers up to 35 an hour. Workers are very hard to come by in Lakewood right now.

your right. I said 20 because first didnt see location so I priced it out what a cleaning lady/babysitter would be happy with in my neighborhood but you want someone jewish, and older so pay will prob be more and its part time work. do you have someone? does she have a price in mind?

I’ve had a woman watch babies in my home for years, 2 babies is $20/hour, more than that is $8/baby/hour.
Edited to add - I give full time hours, it may be more expensive for so few hours.
