Hi,
I recently got a job as administrative assistant. I'm looking for an effective way to organize tasks, follow up phone calls etc Aside from my usual tasks we are doing a major project that is time sensitive. Right now Im using a note pad, and post it pads. Most of the communication for the tasks I need to do is via email, but some is verbal as well. I'm afraid I'll miss something, or something important will fall through the cracks. I'm looking for ideas, tips or even a program/app to help me.
TIA

I love the flag option in Outlook. You can flag emails that you need to follow up on as well as create new tasks and set reminders for them. Then mark as complete when you finish the task. So satisfying!

Thanks everyone for your replies. I'm not really doing much delegating, it's more organizing what's been delegated to me and what needs to get done. I really appreciate all your replies, but is there anything that differentiates any of these programs from the others. I tried Asana but didn't love it.
